SEC평가원, 평가결과의 확정·등급·공표 및 관리

Confirmation, Rating, Disclosure, and Management of SEC Evaluation Results

 

SEC평가원(SEC, Sustainable Enterprise Evaluation Commission)은 SEC 평가방법론(SEC Evaluation Methodology)과 SEC 평가체계(SEC Evaluation Framework)에 따라 기업 및 공공기관을 평가하고, 평가결과를 종합하여 WF책임경영지수(WF Sustainable Responsibility Index, WFSRI)를 산출한다.

SEC (Sustainable Enterprise Evaluation Commission) evaluates corporations and public institutions in accordance with the SEC Evaluation Methodology and SEC Evaluation Framework and derives the WF Sustainable Responsibility Index (WFSRI) by integrating the evaluation results.

평가가 완료된 이후에는 사실확인, 자료검증 및 이의신청 등 정해진 절차를 거쳐 평가결과를 최종 확정하며, 확정된 평가결과를 바탕으로 SEC WFSRI Rating을 결정하고 관련 규정에 따라 평가결과를 공표한다.

Following completion of the evaluation, the results are finalized through established procedures, including Factual Review, data verification, and Appeal. The SEC WFSRI Rating is then determined based on the finalized evaluation results, and the results are disclosed in accordance with applicable regulations.

평가결과는 최종 확정과 Rating 결정에 그치지 않고 결과공표, 결과조회, 연도별 관리 및 필요한 정정·변경 등의 절차를 통해 지속적으로 관리한다.

Evaluation results are not limited to final confirmation and Rating determination. They continue to be managed through disclosure, result access, annual management, and procedures for correction or modification where necessary.

 

 

Ⅰ. 평가결과의 확정

I. Confirmation of Evaluation Results

SEC평가원은 평가과정에서 수집·분석한 자료와 평가결과를 검증하고, 필요한 사실확인 및 이의신청 등 정해진 절차를 거쳐 평가결과를 최종 확정한다.

SEC verifies the data collected and analyzed during the evaluation process and finalizes the evaluation results through established procedures, including Factual Review and Appeal where applicable.

사실확인과 이의신청 등 평가결과 확정에 이르는 구체적인 절차는 「ESG·WFSRI 평가」에서 정한 절차에 따르며, 해당 절차가 완료된 이후 최종 확정된 결과를 해당 평가연도의 공식 평가결과로 관리한다.

The specific procedures leading to final confirmation of evaluation results, including Factual Review and Appeal, follow those established under “ESG·WFSRI Evaluation.” Once the applicable procedures have been completed, the finalized results are managed as the official evaluation results for the relevant evaluation year.

 

 

Ⅱ. SEC WFSRI Rating

SEC WFSRI Rating은 SEC 평가방법론과 SEC 평가체계에 따라 도출된 평가결과와 이를 종합하여 산출한 WFSRI를 바탕으로 기업 및 공공기관의 책임경영 수준을 등급으로 나타내는 평가등급체계이다.

The SEC WFSRI Rating is a rating system that represents the level of Responsible Management of corporations and public institutions based on evaluation results derived through the SEC Evaluation Methodology and SEC Evaluation Framework and the WFSRI calculated by integrating those results.

SEC WFSRI Rating은 최종 확정된 평가결과를 정해진 등급체계와 운영기준에 따라 제시함으로써 기업 및 공공기관의 책임경영 수준과 주요 평가결과를 보다 명확하게 이해할 수 있도록 한다.

The SEC WFSRI Rating presents finalized evaluation results according to an established rating structure and operational standards, enabling a clearer understanding of the level of Responsible Management and key evaluation results of corporations and public institutions.

SEC WFSRI Rating의 등급체계, 등급별 의미 및 구체적인 운영에 관한 사항은 「SEC WFSRI Rating」의 각 세부 메뉴에서 제시한다.

The rating structure, meaning of each rating, and detailed operation of the SEC WFSRI Rating are presented under the respective sections of “SEC WFSRI Rating.”

 

 

Ⅲ. 평가결과의 공표

III. Disclosure of Evaluation Results

SEC평가원은 최종 확정된 평가결과 가운데 공표대상으로 결정된 결과를 관련 규정에 따라 공개한다.

SEC discloses finalized evaluation results designated for publication in accordance with applicable regulations.

평가결과의 공개범위와 공개시기 및 공개방법은 「SEC 평가결과 공표규정」에 따라 정하며, 평가결과의 특성과 공표 목적 등을 고려하여 필요한 정보를 함께 제공할 수 있다.

The scope, timing, and method of disclosure are determined in accordance with the SEC Evaluation Result Disclosure Regulations, and relevant information may be provided as appropriate in consideration of the characteristics and purpose of the disclosure.

공표대상 평가결과는 SEC평가원 공식 홈페이지를 비롯한 정해진 공개수단을 통하여 제공하며, 이용자가 해당 평가결과의 의미를 이해하는 데 필요한 관련 정보를 함께 제시할 수 있다.

Evaluation results designated for disclosure are made available through established disclosure channels, including the official SEC website, together with relevant information where necessary to support understanding of the results.

 

 

Ⅳ. 평가결과의 조회와 연도별 관리

IV. Access to and Annual Management of Evaluation Results

SEC평가원은 공개가 결정된 평가결과를 이용자가 확인할 수 있도록 평가결과 검색, 연도별 평가결과 및 등급현황 등의 방식으로 관련 정보를 제공할 수 있다.

SEC may provide evaluation results approved for disclosure through result search functions, annual evaluation results, rating status information, and other appropriate means so that users can access relevant information.

평가결과 검색은 공개된 평가결과를 필요한 기준에 따라 확인할 수 있도록 하며, 연도별 평가결과는 해당 평가연도의 공식 평가결과를 기준으로 관리한다. 등급현황은 공개가 결정된 범위에서 SEC WFSRI Rating의 현황을 확인할 수 있도록 제공한다.

Evaluation result search enables users to access disclosed results according to relevant criteria. Annual evaluation results are managed on the basis of the official results for each evaluation year, while rating status information provides access to SEC WFSRI Rating information within the scope approved for disclosure.

평가결과가 축적되는 경우에는 각 평가연도의 결과를 구분하여 관리하며, 공개되지 않은 개별 평가자료와 내부 평가정보는 공개정보에 포함하지 않는다.

As evaluation results accumulate, results for each evaluation year are managed separately. Undisclosed individual evaluation data and internal evaluation information are not included in publicly available information.

 

 

Ⅴ. 평가결과의 정정·변경

V. Correction and Modification of Evaluation Results

최종 확정된 평가결과에 객관적인 사실오류가 확인되거나 평가결과의 정정·변경이 필요한 사유가 발생한 경우에는 관련 규정과 정해진 절차에 따라 검토한다.

Where an objective factual error is identified in finalized evaluation results or circumstances arise that require correction or modification of the results, the matter is reviewed in accordance with applicable regulations and established procedures.

평가결과의 정정·변경은 임의로 이루어지지 않으며, 정정·변경의 사유와 근거를 확인하고 필요한 검토와 결정절차를 거쳐 처리한다.

Evaluation results are not corrected or modified arbitrarily. Any correction or modification is processed after confirming the relevant grounds and supporting basis and completing the required review and decision-making procedures.

공표된 평가결과가 정정·변경된 경우에는 관련 규정에 따라 필요한 조치를 실시하고, 공개정보에 반영할 필요가 있는 경우 해당 내용을 반영한다. 평가결과의 정정·변경에 관한 구체적인 사항은 「평가결과 정정·변경」에서 제시한다.

Where disclosed evaluation results are corrected or modified, necessary measures are taken in accordance with applicable regulations, and the relevant changes are reflected in publicly available information where required. Detailed matters concerning the correction and modification of evaluation results are presented under “Correction and Modification of Evaluation Results.”
